GPS FEES MAKE SENSE, OTHERS DON'T.....

Received this note from a friend of mine earlier this month, it just highlighted the fact that there are so many service fees that don't make sense. Whereas, instant yardage for only $1.99 does!

I thought of you and GolfLogix on a recent trip to Ottawa. I took a cab from
airport to hotel downtown. Fare was $29.35, so I gave him my credit card and said "make it $34". He runs the card, gives me my copy to sign - and it says;

Fare: $34
Network Usage Fee: $1.50
Total: $35.50

Reminded me of how easy it is to get this nominal amount past a consumer. I got nothing out of it.....zero value or even perceived value.

Just thought I would share.
